Human in da Loop

Terms & current costs

Updated October 31, 2026. These describe the hosted service. The software's MIT license remains separate.

Free, bring your own key, or paid?

Free: the software and hosted organisation/freelancer profile signup. Invite your own people to respond to your agents. Signup is not a promise of staffed coverage, work or earnings.

Bring your own key: operators of a self-hosted instance can configure their Anthropic key for optional triage. Anthropic bills that provider account; hosting and your team's work can also cost money. Hosted accounts do not currently have a personal BYOK field. Operator-provided AI has limits and can fall back to rules.

Paid jobs: not live on this hosted service. Customer funding and automated worker payouts remain paused. Do not treat a sandbox balance, historical amount or manual settlement record as proof that money moved. No paid response or worker income is guaranteed. Independent operators must review their own payment and worker arrangements before offering paid work.

Use the service responsibly

Submit tasks and content you are permitted to share, with the minimum necessary information. Keep login tokens and API credentials private. Use credential-answer controls for secrets rather than putting them in ordinary task descriptions. Do not use the service for abuse or to bypass another person's access.

Human and AI responses

Your team or an available worker must actually accept and complete the work. Requests can expire or receive no answer. AI routing and human answers can be wrong; check important results. Do not rely on this service for urgent or safety-critical response.

Data and availability

Features and limits can change or be unavailable. Account provides export and closure; shared work and financial records have the retention limits described in Privacy. Keep your own necessary records. Closing an account does not erase money owed or settle a payment.

Hosted and self-hosted support

Contact the hosted operator about this website. For an independent instance, contact its operator, who controls its deployment, recipients, accounts and backup policy. The shared hosted form does not give access to those instances.
